While our Awnings are made with water-resistant materials, they are not waterproof. It is important to note that during heavy rain or extreme weather conditions, we recommend taking necessary precautions to protect your Awning and gear. Please use caution and always follow recommended guidelines for setup and usage of our Awnings in order to ensure the best possible experience.   Delivery Concerns: If you request for our Sales Team to apply an 'Authority to Leave' on your Awning Order, please keep in mind that you will not be able to inspect the item/s for damages caused during transit at the time of delivery or theft. As a result, Bushwakka Adventure Gear cannot be held responsible for any delivery-related damages, loss or theft. We highly recommend avoiding this option based on the value of our products. To ensure the safe arrival of your Awning, we automatically remove 'Authority to Leave' to prevent theft and give you the ability to carefully inspect the box/s before signing and receiving delivery of your Order. If there is any noticeable damage to the box, please reject the delivery, take photos and inform us immediately (providing photo evidence obtained). Additionally, once your awning has arrived, please take the time to thoroughly check it for any missing items. If you discover any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter.   General Care: Proper care and maintenance of your Awning (AussieMade & Extreme Range) is essential to ensure its longevity and performance of our products. To prevent rubbing and damage to the arms and canvas, it is important to properly close and secure the Awning when not in use.  Before closing your Awning, make sure that the canvas is dry and free of any debris. When rolling up the awning, be sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any damage to the canvas (reference our Product Video for correct closure steps). Regular cleaning and inspection of your Awning will also help extend its lifespan - to prevent surface rust on your brackets, we suggest using a lanolin spray. Additionally, using a canvas reproofer spray will enhance the waterproofing capabilities of your Awning to ensure that it is ready for your next adventure!   Warranty: Our Awnings (AussieMade & Extreme Range) are made to the highest manufacturing standards of quality and durability. Therefore, we offer a 12 Month Manufacturing Warranty valid from the date of dispatch from our Warehouse. However, due to the unpredictable nature of outdoor elements, we do not cover damage caused by wind. Our Warranty does not cover any damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper installation, acts of nature (such as wind, rain, hail, etc.), or any other cause that is not a result of a defect in materials or manufacturing workmanship.   If you have any questions about what is covered under our Awning Warranty or wish to  submit a Claim or Warranty Request, please contact our Claims & Warranty Department at Warranty@bushwakka.com.au. On the bones of the True Blue.... we bring you the U-Beaut... 100% Australian Design 100% Australian Made   The U beaut is the biggest awning in our range and covers around 20m2... it is Aluminium arms, backing plate and extrusions in the back. It has Heavy duty Australian Canvas done by SupaPeg, velcro on walls, U Beaut comes with 3 built on legs (2 on front extention and 1 on the swing around section) all spans between arms are equal in length, so one wall can be moved on the awning... measures 2.6 x 18 x 15 and weighs 34kg�s It also features our new Endo Design backing plate which is a strengthened 50 x 20mm construction grade aluminium tubing frame, eliminating and reducing flex in the awning   PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL AUSSIE MADE AWNINGS HAVE A LEAD TIME OF 10 WEEKS AT THE MOMENT.     Important: Using a Rhino Platform or any North -South plank running platform? NEXT-GEN IN STOCK READY TO SHIP The Extreme 180 NEXT-GEN  is our new awning for utes without canopies or wagons, set up in a matter of seconds.   The setting up and packing up is a 1 person job and can be done in only seconds.  The design of the Extreme is focused on the Hinge providing unmatched strength in this category free from poles and ropes. Manufactured from high quality and durable square tube aluminium frame. The Canvas is a 600D Ripstop Canvas with PU waterproof coating and a UV 50+ rating. In the grey colour the canvas has good heat repellent to keep you nice and cool in the shade. With an impressive 6mtr span when open, its a free standing awning with the inclusion of 2 built in legs for when the breeze picks up. Straighty One80 is a part of our Australian made evolution, providing full free standing capability it is the perfect solution for those adventurers who do not have a canopy and are wanting to have more than just a square front awning. This is for 1 x 180 Wall for a full kit you need 3  x Walls on the 180 Extreme The new wall tapers out to the bottom, has 50mm Velcro to connect to the awning. At 50mm the connection is very strong and wind is unlikely to detach it.
